• Improvement in reading comprehension with great improvement.
• Improve writing skills, as well as teaching creative writing (for adults as well as children).
• Teach drawing, painting, composition, and design, and how to capture quality photographs, etc.
• Use role play with puppets to help behaviors when necessary.
• Help in understanding IEP's and Advocacy. Teaching parents to navigate the system.
• Evaluation of the school's special education program - what are the differences between inclusion, resource room, basic skills training, reading recovery? Consultation with teachers.
• Presentations to community groups and schools.
• Telephone consultations for long-distance clients. Remote meetings are available in various formats.
